Yes of course you can keep your number, we can take over any NZ local/national or toll free number. We also have access to providing new or existing NZ, AUS, UK, USA and Canadian numbers and Toll Free’s. All we need for taking over a NZ number is your existing provider’s details with you, either send us an existing bill or their business name, your account name with them and your account number. Please allow around 5 business days.

Yes depending on the business size we can save you money, but 100% provide a better service! It’s not all about saving money in our opinion.
For example a standard NZ business might have around 8-10 staff. A business this size would have an old phone system to suit with 4-5 old copper lines and probably a copper fax line as well costing around $250-$300 a month just on line rental, not a service, just line rental.
For 10 x Desktop QoS Users each with voicemail, personal DDI’s, company voicemail, Auto Attendant and maybe 2 x extra QoS Mobile APP’s as a service $210 a month. All the features for the same price as your old copper lines.
Yes if you don’t like the idea of using a headset on a PC APP or mobile APP, and are keen on a more traditional phone on desk product, touch base with us and we can quote a solution for you. Just consider for the same price as a basic desk phone with limited features, our QoS client software includes some advanced features your standard desk phone solutions don’t, like: Advanced/Full Staff Presence, Instant Messenger between users, Login from anywhere on any device, add/take users on the fly, take your extension anywhere, easy maintenance – if we need to change something it’s all managed externally by us. If you’re not sure, just request a demo. We won’t push you either way as we have a solution for any requirement.
Yes our cloud services work with any good internet connection and most of our solutions including QoS and On Premise phone systems can work with your existing providers phone lines if you so choose. Just touch base via email or give us a call to discuss further. info@qos.co.nz
Single numbers can take around 3-4 business days, multiple numbers including main line and DDi blocks or Toll free numbers can take around 5-6 business days. Unless requested, we won’t rush you into anything until everything is running, tested and all staff are happy. In urgent circumstances we’ve managed to cut the above down, for example one customer was so unimpressed with their old provider they needed to move asap. They called us Tuesday AM, we met them at their offices Tuesday PM, and they were fully up and running on our platform by Wednesday at 14:00.
Of course, we can arrange an online demo of the product using QoS’s optional screen sharing feature and audio conference room at a convenient time for you. Also we can give customers access to the product to trial in-house for their first month, we will invoice for any toll calls made at our standard rates.
Unless otherwise quoted there are no contract terms, pay per user, per month.
